The Night Before

Attire: Casual
We have many loved ones taking time to travel to Lake Geneva the night before the wedding, so we have decided to opt out of a formal rehearsal dinner. Instead, we would love to greet you in the lobby of the Fairfield Inn & Suites where our room blocks are reserved between the hours of 4:00 pm and 6:00 pm. More details on accommodations can be found in the "Travel" tab of this website!

Guest Arrival
To allow ample time for parking and finding seats, guests are kindly asked to arrive 30-45 minutes ahead of the ceremony start time. For more information on parking, please refer to our "Q&A" tab of this website.
3:30 PM–4:00 PM
Ceremony
Join us as we say "I Do" in the garden of the venue!
4:00 PM–5:00 PM
Cocktail Hour
Following the conclusion of the ceremony, guests will be asked to make their way into the cocktail hall to enjoy drinks, hors d'oeuvres, and socialization.
5:15 PM–7:00 PM
Dinner & Speeches
Dinner will be served buffet-style with dietary information to accompany each item. To be conscious of time, we kindly ask that guests refrain from making a speech unless otherwise asked by the bride or groom.
7:00 PM–11:00 PM
Reception
Dinner will be followed by a reception where there will be time for dancing and socialization. We kindly ask that guests remain inside the building when drinking or carrying any alcoholic beverages during this time, as this is a time where guests typically disperse.
11:00 PM–11:15 PM
Goodbyes & Final Exit
As the reception comes to an end, the bride and groom will make their final exit of the night. Any remaining guests will be asked to exit directly following the bride and groom's unless otherwise requested.
